Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, with natural variation.

All our photos show real batches of the plant material we provide. Since our botanicals are wild-harvested and minimally processed, there may be slight differences in color, texture, or cut size from batch to batch.

These variations reflect the authenticity of the plants and the seasonal rhythms of the land they come from.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt is automatically emailed to you after placing an order. Please check your inbox (and spam or promotions folder if needed) for an email from Entheogen Africa with your order confirmation and receipt attached.

If you cannot locate it, feel free to contact us at support@entheogenafrica.com with your full name and order number. We’ll gladly resend it.

How can I return an item?

Due to the sensitive and ceremonial nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used botanicals.

If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or compromised in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@entheogenafrica.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will do our best to resolve the situation with care and integrity.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes. Most of our botanicals are seasonally harvested and sourced in small, ethical batches. If an item is marked as out of stock, it is likely being restocked with care and in alignment with sustainable harvesting practices.

You can sign up for restock alerts on the product page or email us at support@entheogenafrica.com to be notified as soon as it becomes available again.

Where can I ship my order?

We ship internationally to most countries where our products are legally permitted. However, it is your responsibility to know and comply with your local import laws regarding ethnobotanical materials.

Before placing an order, we recommend checking your country’s customs regulations. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us at support@entheogenafrica.com and we’ll do our best to guide you.

Please note that we are unable to ship to countries where these items are explicitly restricted or prohibited.
